Pleasant Experience
I'd personally recommend the site. Overall really positive experience.
Pros: Very reasonably priced, Quiet, clean, and owner was friendly and accommodating. I got everything out of the location I wanted. Plus it was near enough to town to get anything we needed.
Cons: A considerable amout of goose droppings, but thats to be expected next to a body of slow moving water. I'd say the only real draw back would be the amount the owner was around, but he didn't bother us.
All in all, I'd recommend this location.

The OTHER creekside tent
David and Terry were very kind and helpful hosts. They greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. There was a port-a-pottie, sink, fire pit, and water available for us. We forgot a lighter, but David had one set out for us to use. They put coffee out in the morning and boiled water for us to make tea. We went kayaking using their equipment. It was such a beautiful area and easy ride. While we were out and about, it started to rain, and David strapped some rock filled buckets to our pop up tent to help secure it down in case it got windy. They definitely went above and beyond what we would have expected from any other campground.

Great spot right on the water! David & his wife are incredibly accommodating. They have kayaks that you can take out on the river!

My girlfriend and I stopped here on our way back home. The instructions provided were very clear and got us to where we needed to be. Upon arrival David greeted us and made us feel at home. He even started a fire for us. When we woke up he also came out with hot coffee and snacks! We would certainly stay here again when in the area.
